When you use our services, we process the video files you upload, the transcripts generated from those videos, and the social media content generated from those transcripts. Video files are stored securely in cloud storage.
Business Information
If you provide business details for content customization (business name, address, services, target audience, etc.), this information is stored to personalize generated content.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, video processing counts, and timestamps of activity.
