2. Description of Service

Video Velocity provides AI-powered video transcription, social media content generation, thumbnail creation, and streaming video encoding services. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once used.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our service
• Use our service to generate spam or misleading content
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
• Circumvent or manipulate usage limits or billing mechanisms
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform

6. Content Ownership

• Your content — You retain ownership of all videos you upload and transcripts generated from them.
• Generated content — Social media posts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails generated by our AI tools are yours to use freely.
• License to us — You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• Our platform — All rights in the Video Velocity platform, including its design, code, and branding, remain with us.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing it.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Video Velocity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
